Why She 8

She 8 fitness apparel was curated during my weight loss journey. I felt a range of emotions throughout the process, including self-doubt. However, the more I showed up for myself in the gym, and in life, the more I began to love myself more. 

I can remember being so self-conscious about my weight and always wanting to cover up by wearing hoodies and oversized t-shirts while working out. As I continued to put in the work I found myself becoming more confident and more comfortable; not only with my own body, but also in the gym.
